Do I need an account to use the chart?
No. The chart opens signed out. An account is only needed to save layouts and drawings and to receive alerts.
Where does the data come from, and is it delayed?
Straight from the public Binance Futures and Bybit WebSockets. It is live data, not a 15-minute delayed feed.
I lost my password — what now?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. The reset mail goes to the address the account confirmed.
Do alerts keep running when I close the browser?
Yes. Alerts are evaluated on the server. Turn on the email channel in the alert settings to hear about them while the page is closed.
Can I write my own indicator?
Yes. The indicator editor takes a single definition file, compiles it to WASM and runs it on your chart immediately.
How long does a reply take?
Usually within one working day. A bug report with a screenshot and the pair you were watching gets handled faster.
